What is organizational culture?
People often refer to culture as
the guiding principles that shape their behaviour. The habits, attitudes,
traditions, or beliefs of employees that are based on their race, age,
ethnicity, religion, or gender contribute to cultural diversity in the
workplace.
One of the factors
influencing workplace cultural diversity is economic globalization. People of
various genders, ages, ethnicities, faiths, and nationalities make up the
