Objectives of Human Resources Management
Human resources' main objective
is to ensure that the employees of a firm are content and successful. This can
be achieved by giving the staff the tools and resources they need to do their

ReplyDeleteThe main goals of human resource management are to make sure that the company has a skilled and eager workforce and that it satisfies the needs, aspirations, values, and dignity of individuals/employees while also taking into account the socioeconomic challenges of the community and the nation.
